1. I agree that every sale transaction for this unit must have the approval from BTPN and Fund Manager, and the sale price will be using Net Value Asset per unit which will be set on the exchange day on the day that the sale process is approved by BTPN and Fund Manager.

2. I have agreed and comply with every term and conditions which stated on the prospectus.

3. Instruction to make a sale also applies as instruction to make credit transfer to an account which has the same currency with the product used to make sale.

4. I understand that this transaction is being made at my own initiative and at my own risk, it’s my decision to proceed even if there’s a mismatch to
my risk profile.

5. These mutual fund transaction terms are one and cannot be separated with Terms and Conditions for BTPN Customers and Mutual Fund Transaction Terms and Conditions.

6. The Customer Declaration is agreed in both English or Indonesian language. It is understood, however, that in the event of any difference between English and Indonesian language versions, the Indonesians language version will prevail and be controlling.
