Yes. We will refund your money to the Foreign Currency balance you used. It’ll be recorded as Refund category on In & Out.
For your information, the money will be refunded to your Foreign Currency balance according to the transfer amount and deductions from the correspondent bank (if any). Please note that refunds don’t include Provision Fee, Telex Fee, or Full Amount Fee.
Money will be refunded in full (including Provision Fee, Telex, and Full Amount Fee) if the transaction was canceled due to not passing the AML (Anti-money laundering) screening. Other than that, the refunded amount is the Transfer Amount.
Please note that the refund amount may not be the same as previous Transfer Amount. It depends on the prevailing exchange rate and the fees charged by the beneficiary bank or correspondent bank.

Foreign Currency sender must fill in your data as the recipient (name, contact, address, etc.) according to the data registered with the Bank. For address data, the sender can enter your KTP address.
If the name of the recipient that the sender entered is different from the name registered on the Bank, the Foreign Currency might be returned to the sender.
The bank will convert the foreign currency that was sent to the currency that matches your account number using the prevailing BTPN exchange rate at that time.
